Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
Shipping Costs Standard shipping is $10.95 AUD for Australian orders under $100 AUD. We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders of $100 AUD or more. Express shipping is $15 AUD. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays or peak periods. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@coltandcoast.com.au with your order number and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but please contact us if you are interested and we can look at offering it.
